Services can be paid with Mastercard, Visa, HSA card, Venmo, Zelle, Cash, or check. Superbill provided upon request. Prescriptions sent to the pharmacy of your choice.

Visits can be in-office (Carmel), virtual, or in your home (for an added home visit fee).
