Birth Review/Birth Trauma Services: Medical chart review as needed, explanation and guidance about biomedical practices and evidence-based care in relation to your specific case, collaboration (and referrals) with local perinatal mental health resources, journaling and letter-writing healing program, and ongoing recovery/repeat birth planning coaching.

Freebirthing Coaching: I provide a supportive space for you to pursue any areas that you feel you need in order to prepare. This is customized to you and your goals and philosophy but may include things like:
