I use an evidence-based functional medicine approach that includes modalities such as prescription medication management, laboratory tests, mindfulness, light therapy, exercsie/nutrition, and collaboration with therapists, nutrition, art, hypnosis, and sound therapy experts, as well as the use of supplements

I offer diagnosis, management, and treatment plans for:​

Services can be paid with Mastercard, Visa, HSA card, Venmo, Zelle, Cash, or check. Superbill provided upon request. Prescriptions sent to the pharmacy of your choice.

Ketamine-Assisted Therapy

 For appropriate candidates, I offer Ketamine-Assisted Therapy in collaboration with experienced and licensed local psychedelic integration therapists: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist  Jennifer Allen LMFT, Licensed Social Worker Jennifer Weiher LCSW, and Certified Hypnotherapist  Klarity Coleman CCHT here in Monterey County based on current medical guidelines and evidence-based research. We work as a team providing care that assures physical, emotional, and spiritual safety on your healing journey by applying clinical and scientific research within a setting that integrates nature, holistic healing modalities, and community.

 

Our goal is to work with you to unlock your inner healer through a comprehensive holistic care plan that includes oral and/or intramuscular ketamine-assisted therapy to help you create tools for living a more whole and satisfying life.

I completed the following training: Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy and Research Certificate Program (CPTR) at the California Institute of Integral Studies, the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS) training certificate program, and ketamine-specific clinician training at either Polaris Insight.​

Care will be provided in coordination with your current medical and therapy providers using legal modalities only. We do not provide any non-legal substances nor can we provide referrals to those that do.

 

Please contact me for information on my intake process, how ketamine works, guidelines for who is a good candidate, medical requirements, and fee information. Once medical clearance is complete in collaboration with the consulting physician, scheduling can be discussed. The number of medicine sessions, route of administration, and amount of preparatory and integration sessions will vary for each person.

I follow the Ethical Guidelines for Ketamine Clinicians, which were written and published by Raquel Bennett Psy.D of Kriya Institute.

Initial Medical Visit $250 [60 min]

Return Medical Visits $150 [30-45 min]

Prescription Refill Visits $100 [15 min]

Lab Interpretation and educational-only visits $125​

Process for Ketamine-Assisted Therapy:

1. Contact me HERE and provide your full name and email address 

2. I will add you to my HIPAA-compliant Electronic Medical Record called Practice Better

3. You will receive an email invitation from Practice Better

4. Once you accept the invitation, you will see all the information about KAP, pricing, informed consent, release of information for current medical and therapy team and a medical intake form

5. After completing the forms and submitting them, I will review them to confirm that you are a good candidate for working with me and reach out through the PB dashboard to schedule a medical intake

6. If you are not a good candidate for working with me, I will send you a recommendation or referral for next steps
