Process for Starting Ketamine-Assisted Therapy:

  1. Contact me HERE and provide your full name and email address

  2. I will then add you to my HIPAA-compliant Electronic Medical Record called Practice Better

  3. You will receive an email invitation from Practice Better

  4. Once you accept the invitation, you will see all the information about KAP on your dashboard, including the informed consent, release of information for your current medical and therapy team, medical intake form, and fee information

  5. After completing the forms and submitting them, I will review everything to confirm that you are a good candidate for working with me, and then I will reach out to you through the Practice Better dashboard to schedule a medical intake where we will review the informed consent, I will explain how ketamine works, the current research, how to prepare, what to expect, and a safety overview

  6. If you are not a good candidate for working with me, I will send you a recommendation or referral for someone who may be a better fit.

"Working with Cindy felt deeply supportive, safe, and grounded. She brings a rare combination of medical knowledge, intuition, and compassionate presence that allowed me to fully trust the process. I felt genuinely cared for - not just physically, but

emotionally and spiritually as well. Her calm guidance and integrity created an environment where I could relax, open, and do meaningful inner work."

Client Feedback

"Cindy made sure that I understood the entire process. When I first started thinking about Ketamine Therapy, I was nervous and unsure if it was right for me. She made sure that I had a support system, other ways to cope, and a full medical and therapy team in place so my experience actually helped create lasting improvement for my ongoing depression symptoms."
